Payment is due no later than the day of the Consultation. If the Project is outside of our Service Area, an additional travel fee will apply, which is not applicable towards the Credit.  The Service Area is determined by Map shown on Contact page.

 

No payment will be submitted with this Form. You will receive a payment link in your follow-up email that allows you to pre-pay, or you may pay during the Consultation on site via Venmo or with a check.  Our Venmo account is @open-envelope. We do not accept credit card payments.
